Gilday & Associates offers a broad and diverse level of experience to serve the Law Firm’s clients.  Its personnel include two former Certified Public Accountants who are present and past members of the boards of several civic and professional organizations, and have been owners of small businesses.  The Law Firm’s attorneys have assisted publicly-traded companies, closely-held businesses and individuals, with all types of transactional and litigation matters, and have represented clients before the Indiana Supreme Court, Indiana Court of Appeals, the Indiana state and federal trial courts, the United States Tax Court, Indiana Tax Court, the Indiana General Assembly and various state and local administrative agencies and tribunals.

Mr. Gilday practices principally in the areas of tax and business. He represents taxpayers in a variety of tax controversies, including property tax, at both the administrative level and in state and federal court litigation. He also assists clients with tax and estate planning, as well as probate administration and inheritance disputes. Mr. Gilday’s business practice includes such transactional work as acquisitions and sales, and litigation of business disputes.
